Shipping Locations

Shipping Locations are locations where your Orders can be delivered.


Overview

Shipping Locations are locations where your Orders can be delivered.

Your default shipping location for your Orders is your Business Address in your Business Profile.

When creating a new Order, you can select an existing Shipping Location or create a new Location.

Create a Shipping Location and it will be saved for future use.


About Shipping Locations

Shipping Locations are different from Inventory locations.

Inventory locations are locations where Ingredients are kept in stock. Inventory locations are not used with Orders.

You can create a Shipping Location that has the same address as an existing Inventory location. Then you can use this new Shipping Location with Orders.


Create a Shipping Location

iOS and iPadOS
Web
  1. In the Locations list, tap to create a new Location.
  2. Enter the shipping location’s information:
    • name

      For the Location name, you can use a nickname or a short description.

    • Address
  3. Tap Done to save.
Android
  1. In Shipping Locations, tap the New Shipping Location button.
  2. Enter the shipping location’s information:
    • name

      For the Location name, you can use a nickname or a short description.

    • Address
  3. Tap Done to save.

See and modify Shipping Locations

iOS and iPadOS
Web
  1. In Locations, tap to select a Shipping Location.
  2. Modify the shipping location’s information in Edit Location
  3. To delete a Shipping Location, in Locations, swipe left on a Location, then tap Delete.
Android
  1. In Shipping Locations, tap to select a Shipping Location.
  2. Modify the shipping location’s information, then tap the Save Shipping Location button.
  3. To delete the Shipping Location, tap the Delete Shipping Location button.
